Technical Writer
Seeking a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for enterprise revenue management products. Must translate complex business logic into clear content, with growing fluency in AI-assisted workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Ingest and understand complex revenue management concepts (pricing, contracts, rebates, compliance, or similar) directly from engineering specs, SMEs, and product behavior.
- Write, edit, and maintain user guides, release notes, API docs, and help content that make complex workflows accessible.
- Independently learn intricate business logic and workflows.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Develop growing fluency in AI-assisted documentation workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing for complex software products.
- Ability to understand and document intricate business logic and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with API documentation is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools is desirable.
