Technical Writer, Product Development - Universal DX

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation for software products.
• Create user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage documentation projects from inception to publication.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes.
• Ensure documentation adheres to style guides and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and product development processes.
