Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to style guides and standards.
• Manage and update documentation within content management systems.
• Review and edit content created by other team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, Git, Confluence).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Experience with API documentation is a plus.
