About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to style guides.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, Git, Confluence).
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience documenting APIs is a plus.
