Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
• Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with API documentation standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
