Seeking an intermediate Technical Writer to transform complex product concepts into clear and concise documentation for a leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand product features and translate them into user-friendly content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to publication.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
