About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather information and validate content.
- Define and implement documentation standards, processes, and best practices.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to delivery, adhering to agile development cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of documentation samples.
- Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience in a technical writing context.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
