Seeking a Technical Writer III to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation. This role requires expertise in documentation tools and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the documentation repository, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Define and enforce documentation standards and style guides.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development environment.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML Editor, or similar.
- Experience documenting APIs (REST, GraphQL) and software products.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and version control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
