About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes for software and hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and consistency across all documents.
- Apply best practices in technical communication, using Markdown, Confluence, and other authoring tools to produce clean, accessible content.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, style, and compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation lifecycle, including version control, publishing, and archival, ensuring up‑to‑date information for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for technology products.
- Proficiency with Markdown, Confluence, and version control systems (Git).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and user‑centric design.
- Experience creating API documentation and working with developers.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
