Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand product features and user needs.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all technical content.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to publication.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, Git, Confluence).
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Experience documenting APIs is a plus.
