About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to understand product features and translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for engineering and support teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, Git).
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
