Technical Writer
Technical Writer responsible for creating clear, concise documentation for Ghost, the AI‑driven component of Lattice OS, using Markdown, API specs, and collaborative tools to support engineers and end‑users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high‑quality user guides, developer manuals, and API reference material for the Ghost platform.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to gather technical details and translate complex concepts into accessible documentation.
- Create and edit content using Markdown and Confluence, ensuring consistency with style guides and branding.
- Manage documentation versioning in Git, coordinate releases, and integrate updates into continuous integration pipelines.
- Conduct reviews and usability testing of documentation with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve clarity and usefulness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in AI, autonomous systems, or defense technology.
- Proficiency with Markdown, Git, and documentation platforms such as Confluence or Sphinx.
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts, including APIs, data pipelines, and sensor fusion.
- Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in cross‑functional agile teams and managing documentation lifecycles.
