About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of all developer-facing technical content, including documentation, API references, SDK guides, quickstarts, tutorials, and cookbooks.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and Large Language Model (LLM) discoverability for technical content.
- Collaborate closely with the growth team to align content with overall growth and content strategy.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible content for developers.
- Ensure technical content effectively bridges the gap between engineering and growth initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end writing process for all technical publications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio of developer-focused content.
- Proficiency in creating and managing API documentation and SDK guides.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to technical content.
- Familiarity with LLM discoverability and its impact on content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
