Technical Writer, Experience & Delivery - Nox Health

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for user experience and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Manage and maintain the documentation lifecycle, including updates, revisions, and version control.
• Create and update API documentation, user guides, tutorials, and other technical content.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation standards and processes.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company style guides and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of documentation best practices and content management systems.
• Experience documenting APIs and software development processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
