Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to understand product features and user needs.
• Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for various audiences.
• Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles and training materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience documenting APIs and software products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and the housing industry is a plus.
