Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and manage documentation content, maintaining consistency and adherence to style guides.
- Review and test documentation for clarity, completeness, and usability.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience with API documentation and Markdown is a plus.
