Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Organize and structure documentation for clarity and ease of use.
• Manage documentation updates and revisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, XML, or similar.
• Experience with knowledge base platforms like Confluence is a plus.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
