Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for various audiences.
• Manage documentation projects, adhering to style guides and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.
• Ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy concepts.
• Experience documenting APIs and software platforms.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Markdown).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
