About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain comprehensive customer‑facing documentation, including release notes and user guides.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate intricate technical details into concise, actionable content.
- Manage documentation lifecycle using industry‑standard tools and version control systems.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across all technical documents.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and adopt best practices for technical writing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional technical writing experience in a technology‑heavy environment.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, APIs, Linux systems, and AI/ML platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, DITA, Confluence) and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
