Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for various audiences.
• Manage documentation projects from inception to publication, adhering to style guides and standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, XML, content management systems).
• Ability to understand and document complex technical systems, particularly in networking or software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
