Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Organize and manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Create diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
