About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and structure complex information logically for various audiences.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, adhering to style guides and standards.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git).
- Experience with API documentation and understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable content.
