About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API references, and online help systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Create diagrams, illustrations, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in creating user guides, API documentation, and other technical content.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
