Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and structure complex information for clarity and ease of use.
- Manage content lifecycle, including updates, revisions, and retirement of documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation standards and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies is a plus.
