About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical warranty strategies to identify, analyze, and resolve product failures across the vehicle lifecycle.
- Lead cross‑functional investigations, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement root‑cause corrective actions.
- Utilize SAP and advanced data‑analysis tools to track warranty claims, monitor cost impacts, and generate performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce warranty costs and improve product reliability.
- Prepare and present detailed warranty reports and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive warranty management or a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency with SAP warranty modules and data‑analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and proven ability to lead improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
