About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical transfer of manufacturing processes from development to commercial scale.
- Ensure all technology transfers are executed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute validation strategies for new and modified processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the transfer process.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical transfer of pharmaceutical processes.
- Strong understanding of GMP, validation principles, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
