Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs for customer projects and internal staff, leveraging instructional design principles, LMS tools, and project management skills to meet quality and compliance standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses for both individual and group learning objectives across customer projects and internal initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions using adult learning theory and best practices in instructional design.
- Create high‑quality training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e‑learning modules, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage training projects from concept through execution, coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery within technical or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS administration, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and translate it into clear, actionable learning experiences.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in training programs.
