About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's knowledge base and technical documentation for intralogistics solutions.
- Develop and update training materials, including e-learning modules and user guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Administer and configure Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Support the rollout of new training programs and initiatives.
- Analyze training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in knowledge management or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in developing training materials or instructional design.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
