Seeking a Technical Trainer cum Developer with 2+ years of development and 1+ year of training experience. Must have strong PHP, Laravel, and web development skills, with excellent communication for training freshers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for freshers and experienced professionals in PHP, Laravel, and related web technologies.
- Conduct both in-office and online training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the R&D and QA wings during non-training hours.
- Mentor trainees, guiding them through development projects and best practices.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials and curriculum based on industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional development experience, with at least 1 year in a training role.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, OOP Concepts, JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, Json, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and practical experience with Laravel framework.
- Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP and REST) and version control systems like GIT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and mentor effectively.
