Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing initiatives and strategy development.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
- Utilize Blazemeter for performance testing execution and analysis.
- Mentor junior performance testers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
- Proficiency in JMeter, including HTTP, Java, Bean Shell, and SOAP Samplers.
- Experience with Blazemeter for performance testing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in the BFS (Banking, Financial Services) domain is required.
