About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy for AI, ML, and protein engineering roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate personas, and success metrics.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality candidates through networking, events, and talent communities.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and candidate experience feedback to improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in life sciences or AI/ML domains.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, protein engineering, and bioinformatics concepts.
- Proven track record of hiring senior data scientists, ML engineers, and computational biologists.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for advancing scientific discovery through innovative AI solutions.
