Lead the Technical Talent Acquisition team to source, assess, and hire top engineering talent using data‑driven strategies, advanced sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder partnership across a fast‑moving fintech environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end recruiting strategies for engineering and product roles, aligning talent pipelines with business growth objectives.
- Lead a team of technical recruiters, providing coaching, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement.
- Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and hiring timelines.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to build diverse candidate pools.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and analytics to track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process.
- Champion employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements to attract elite technical talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people‑management role.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and data‑driven recruiting metrics.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and building talent pipelines for software engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior engineering leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver high‑volume, high‑quality hires in a fast‑paced environment.
