About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world‑class troubleshooting and technical support for macOS and iOS devices across a global user base.
- Perform operating‑system upgrades, initial device setups, and configuration of security policies.
- Handle authentication problems, password resets, and related access‑management tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering, knowledge‑management, and peer advisor teams to resolve complex issues and share best practices.
- Monitor trending incidents, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting macOS and iOS environments in an enterprise setting.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on rapid issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms and password‑reset procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving Apple technologies and internal tools.
