The Position
Roche Digital Technology (RDT) for People & Culture (P&C) acts as the "Capability Factory" for Roche. We are a team of business-minded technologists who play "offense"—moving beyond supporting systems to architecting a high-performance digital chassis. The Opportunity
The Technical Systems Administrator for Payroll, Time, Benefits and other rewards systems, takes ownership of ambiguous tasks, challenges the status quo, and acts as a technical mentor while fostering strong collaboration across teams. In this role, you will lead small to medium initiatives, prioritize effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a "bigger picture" view of how various components align with the overall strategy. You will analyze complex business problems to recommend automated solutions, identify and implement process improvements, and optimize system configurations for peak efficiency. By developing comprehensive test strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and designing system integrations, you will leverage a deep understanding of the broader technical landscape to drive high-quality outcomes.
Scope & Problem Solving: Takes ownership of ambiguous, unowned tasks and drives small-to-medium initiatives at the project or squad level. Challenges the status quo, fosters collaboration, and designs/implements automated system solutions, integrations, and process improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Prioritizes effectively and maintains a big-picture view to align technical components with broader product goals.
Impact & Strategy: Mentors team members, aligns development with global strategy, and actively shares knowledge through talks, internal events, and cross-functional initiatives.
