Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop solutions, and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Implement best practices in incident management, change control, and knowledge base development to enhance support efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on emerging technologies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in technical support and project management within defense or aerospace environments.
- Proficiency with LVC systems, fleet sustainment processes, and nuclear environmental compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
