Technical Support Specialist- West Coast

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team on the West Coast. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise to our customers, with a strong focus on Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS technologies. You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers on the West Coast via phone, email, and chat.
• Work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
