About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for command and control platforms, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to implement secure solutions and maintain system integrity.
- Provide tier‑2 support, escalating critical incidents and documenting root causes.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, network protocols, and security best practices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software across the Common Mission Control Center.
Requirements
