About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding tasks for merchants, including installing Okendo widgets and performing feature setup.
- Customize Okendo widgets to meet merchant needs.
- Address and resolve front-end bugs on Shopify storefronts.
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to internal and external documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify storefront development, including Liquid templating.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix front-end issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a technical support role is a plus.
