Technical Support Specialist - mksinst

As a Technical Service Specialist within the SC team, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering and Sales teams to support key customer projects, including new product introductions, on-site evaluations, technical troubleshooting, and application support. In this role, you will report directly to the Technical Service Manager and play a key part in driving customer success and business growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with the company's products.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and perform on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Eless products/equipment support.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer support activities.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
