About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for customers using macOS and Apple Silicon in cloud environments, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot platform bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and create best‑practice guides for internal and external use.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 coverage for critical incidents.
- Advise customers on optimal CI/CD and DevOps practices within the Orka platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or engineering experience in macOS or Apple Silicon environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and basic networking concepts.
