About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application health using Zabbix, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, AWS OpenSearch, and Splunk to detect and resolve incidents.
- Analyze logs and real‑time data to debug performance and reliability issues across Kubernetes clusters.
- Communicate proactively with clients about system downtimes, upgrades, and maintenance windows.
- Support operations by troubleshooting network solutions, routing, latency, and other KPIs on Linux-based infrastructure.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups and review weekly status reports to identify actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, AWS OpenSearch, and Splunk.
- Solid background in Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS or a comparable cloud environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
