Technical Support Specialist - Core Education Services Pbc

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
• Assist with user account management and software installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
