- Analyze support metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior support staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and API integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud services (AWS).
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
