Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a mission‑critical or defense environment.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and remote support solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
