- Document support actions, resolutions, and best practices in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or product teams as needed.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software deployments.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop Connection).
- Excellent customer‑handling and communication skills in English.
- Experience documenting support tickets and using CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international support environment.
