Technical Support Engineer, Windows Agents Early Morning Shift - Veeam Software

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Windows Agents and related Veeam products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product defects.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer support tickets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, particularly with Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during an early morning shift.
