Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support for a SaaS compliance platform, troubleshooting integration issues, automating resolutions, and collaborating with product and engineering teams using Python, AWS, and REST APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with the compliance platform, diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive support tasks and improve response times.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce bugs, provide detailed logs, and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS services that host the platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Assist customers in integrating the platform via REST APIs, providing guidance on authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or SaaS operations, preferably in security or compliance domains.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud security concepts, incident management, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
