Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by enterprise customers using the Sigma platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams to identify root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
- Utilize Python scripts and SQL queries to analyze logs, performance metrics, and data anomalies.
- Manage and troubleshoot containerized services on Docker and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and provide training to internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
