About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in electronics and instrumentation equipment.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Provide on‑site and remote training to field service engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate service logs and update knowledge base resources.
Requirements
- B.E./Diploma/ITI in Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresher candidates considered).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proactive, quick learner with integrity and decisiveness.
