About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests for security applications across global customers and partners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking, Linux, and Windows issues in a secure, FedRAMP‑compliant environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base, and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response activities as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting networking, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and security tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- U.S. Person status required for FedRAMP work.
